For a 500, a 503 or a “critical error”, the AI Agent works through the same steps our engineers use. When everything on the server is fine, it switches plugins off one at a time for a few seconds — page builders first — and checks your page after each. Every plugin comes straight back on, except the one whose absence makes the site work.

Can the AI Agent break my server?

It is built not to. Only safe, reversible actions run automatically — for example a service restart, and only after its configuration test passes. Changes such as blocking an IP range or switching a PHP setting wait for your OK, and critical actions go to a Future18 engineer for review. Every step and every command it ran is logged.

What happens when I paste an error?

It checks your server first: the page as a visitor sees it, the website’s logs (web server, PHP-FPM, app), its settings, DNS, recent changes and security events. It matches what it finds against a library of known problems, tells you the cause in plain words, and either fixes it on the server with your OK or gives you the exact change for your developer.

Which websites does it understand?

WordPress, Laravel and other PHP sites, Node.js and Python apps, and built JavaScript apps (React / Vite) with a PHP API.

Will it show me my passwords?

Never in the chat. When you ask it to reset a WordPress, mailbox, database or FTP password, the new password goes by a one-time link to the right email, or is saved in your Vault in the panel.

What if it cannot solve the problem?

You see what it is checking while it works and can stop it any time. If a question takes longer than a few minutes, a support ticket opens by itself with the whole conversation and everything it checked, so a person continues without asking you again.

Is it a person or an AI?

It is an AI and says so when asked. When you need a person, our support team takes over the same conversation with the AI Agent’s notes in front of them.

Where can I talk to it?

In your HWorker Control Panel and on WhatsApp. On WhatsApp, actions are confirmed with YES / NO and work only from a number linked to your login.

Does it cost extra?

No. The AI Agent is included with every Future18 VPS and dedicated server.
